Do you accept insurance?
I operate as an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. Do you work with individuals under the age of 18?
No - I exclusively work with adult clients, aged 18 and above.

Do you write ESA letters, do short term disability or FMLA paperwork?
No - I do not provide ESA, short term, or FMLA paperwork. I am more than happy to provide referrals for psychiatrists or doctors in the area to best support you in your needs.
